Refund Policy
Refunds for Canceled or Rescheduled Events
In the event that an event is canceled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund, including service fees. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 10 days of the reschedule announcement.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Certain tickets are sold as non-refundable, clearly stated at the time of purchase. These tickets are not eligible for refunds unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Force Majeure and Other Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the case of force majeure events like natural disasters, government regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances. Organizers may choose to offer alternate solutions such as rescheduling or credits.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original method of payment. The timing of funds being credited to your account will depend on your financial institution.
